How low is too low in paragliding?

This was pre-covid-19 shut down.

Such a fun day of flying! You could almost do whatever you wanted. David is the only guy who landed at the beach, but that was because he was trying to touch the sand and get back up. LOL

No animals were hurt durning the making of this video.
