Angry Parent at Parents evening

As a teacher you are bound to come across parents who for whatever reason (we'll get to that later) are angry at you. What's the best way to deal with it.
The first thing to do is to listen to their point of view. Let them explain their feelings. Before responding double check that they have said all that they needed to.
