We are approaching the Olympic qualifying season, which starts in 2024 with four hockey qualifiers. Six men's and six women's teams will make it to the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
Seven of the competing nations are currently known. In addition to the hosts France, continental champions Australia (men and women), the Netherlands (men and women), India (men), and the People's Republic of China (women) will also be present in the French city.
When and where do the Olympic Qualification tournaments
Two Olympic Qualification events for women and two Olympic Qualification events for men will be held from January 13–21, 2024.
Eight men's teams—from the People's Republic of China, Great Britain, Germany, New Zealand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Canada, and Chile—will compete in Muscat, Oman, from January 15–21.
From January 13–21, eight more men's teams—from Belgium, Spain, the Republic of Korea, Ireland, Japan, Austria, Egypt, and Ukraine—will participate in Valencia, Spain.
In the women's division, eight countries—Germany, India, New Zealand, Japan, Chile, the United States, Italy, and the Czech Republic—will participate in Ranchi, India from January 13–19.
