    Since 2016, all I see from a number of 'specialists' are reports about how the stock market is about to plunge or crumble or crash...

    They do so, without caring that it does not happen, for if they continue to prophecy the crash, it is bound to happen at some time, since it is in the nature of the system, and they know that only their last (and successful) prophecy will be remembered by all.

    Of course, they also hope that by making such a prophecy, they help cause it...

    A real win-win for them and lose-lose for everyone else.
