As Parliament passed Tuesday a bill to fortify corporate administration principles and help enhance simplicity of working together, previous back pastor P Chidambaram upheld a different law to manage little and medium organizations, saying firms of all sizes can't be administered by similar organizations law. "In the end, we should have a different law for little and medium organizations and have a far reaching Companies Act just for substantial organizations," he said amid a discourse on the Companies (Amendment) Bill in Rajya Sabha.
The enactment, moved by MoS (Corporate Affairs) P Chaudhary, was later passed by voice vote. It had been embraced by Lok Sabha amid the storm session. Answering to issues raised by individuals, Chaudhary said the alteration would guarantee better corporate administration and enhance the simplicity of working together.
