John Oliver's Last Week Tonight Parody On Russian Bots

in parody •  6 years ago

Three Million tweets from Russian bots has been published by Nate Silver's 538. The MainStream Media is ignoring this story, which is critical to the entire Russia narrative. To better explain that the entire "Russia hacked our election" narrative is just a bad conspiracy theory, I decided to make a parody of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. I tried to write jokes in his style, and parrot his delivery, without doing a bad accent.

This would really be an interesting story that someone in the MSM should investigate. It shows the sad state of journalism that just some random guy in Portland is reporting on the publishing of the Russian bots. I worked hard on this, and it would really help me if you share this video with friends, message boards, and influential people. Thanks. #johnoliver #lastweektonight #russianbots
