I'm going to discuss the knife of never letting go by Patrick Ness I'd heard a lot of great things about this novel people have been reading it right and left
and I decided that I better see what the big deal was in a world where every thought can be heard at every hour of every day the noise is everywhere each man in Prentiss town is infected with the noise but not the women
there are no women they were killed by the noise one month before Todd becomes a man he is forced to run away from Prince's town and when he meets a girl who is a silence as the grave his world begins to unravel he will find the truth about the noise and the world
that he thought existed this book was not exactly what I expected but I really enjoyed it the writing style is interesting as well it's said in first person told by Todd Todd is not the most educated of characters
and the writing style reflects that in a great original way however there are run on sentences galore and that bothered me a few times but at the same time I realized that this is exactly how Todd would just fried things and even with these common literary
blunders it worked so well in this novel however it took me just over a month to read it this is not at all because it wasn't enjoyable to read life simply got in the way and I couldn't be bothered to pick up the book this makes me feel that maybe I didn't enjoy it as much
as my book reviewing hears but at the same time I know how interesting I found the setting the characters and the story so while it took me a very long time to read this novel I'm still going to give it a high rating it is definitely a great concept for a novel each time I opened the book
I was easily pulled into the story even if it was only for a chapter I think my favorite thing about this novel has to be mangie Todd's dog he can also speak but just like the writing style is perfectly and completely Todd the noise from this lovable pooch is perfectly income wheetly dog
it's not like he is another human character that happens to look like a dog his thoughts are exactly how you would picture a canine to think it's kind of awesome this is just another small reason why
I think this novel is great definitely different but fantastic and I absolutely recommend it to you.
