Yes, the season is changing here but we have very mild winters. Soon we will have hot, dry, desert winds blowing. Usually cold weather waits for February. So here it is the time to plant perennials, transplant bulbs, and seeds of sweet peas (which I love) to give them a good start for the spring. We don't have four distinct seasons like other parts of the country. Here it is either hot or cold because we live on the edge of the Mojave (Moh-hah-vee) Desert.
I would love to share more recipes, and see more from you too! I think it is better to post a recipe with a photo I take of the actual food. But I usually forget before I eat it! Maybe a photo of the leftovers? Just some better planning? Or easy recipes with no photos? I love to cook and it's fun to share!
