PaidEasy.com acquires Mobile Payment App HappyAnyHour.com for a lot of Money

A Brooklyn based startup HappyAnyHour commonly known as Happy has been acquired by PaidEasy.com. There is a saying, if you can't beat them, buy them.

PaidEasy is a New York based mobile payment app for restaurants. PaidEasy has been expanding it's business rigorously for quite some time and with this acquisition, they probably made a strong and stable acquisition. Happy which won the Make it In Brooklyn's inaugural competition has been acquired for quite a lot of money considering they are new. Although, the acquisition amount wasn't disclosed it is expected that the deal closed with cash and equity.

It's a really competitive market at the moment and whether it is going to be winning acquisition for PaidEasy, only time can tell. With the merging of PaidEasy and Happy, it would be great to see how profitable the acquisition is in the next 6 months.

Hi dear @payment , Mistakenly i have sent you 11.7 SBD from my bittrex account. I don't know you will accept my request or not. But i had to to really work hard to make this SBD.
