Why there is so much debate about the PayPal service in Bangladesh?

The Government of Bangladesh is going to launch official online payment system PayPal's 'Inward Services' - which will send money easily to Bangladesh from outside. But there is a lot of controversy about this. Many have questioned, whether this is the original PayPal?paypal-dollar-to-naira-conversion.png
