Venezuela resumes gasoline production at Cardón refinery

State-owned Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) resumed gasoline production at the Cardón refinery, the second-largest in the country, after putting the reformer into operation, five people familiar with the matter said, as fuel shortages worsened.
