Quería aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecerles, queridos lectores por estar acompañándome en el breve trayecto que hemos recorrido de esta aventura, llena de altos y bajos, pero sobre todo de aprendizaje.

I wanted to use this opportunity to thank YOU, my dear readers for being here with me during the short part of this adventure that we are sharing, full of ups and downs but specially full of learning.

Cuando comencé en esta plataforma, tal vez al igual que muchos, vi gente agradeciendo a sus seguidores y curadores por ayudarles a cosas como irse de viaje, comprar autos, casas, o incluso cosas sencillas como poder adquirir comida, vestimenta, medicinas. En algún punto vi todo aquello como algo distante o como algo de lo que yo dudaba poder ser parte. Sin embargo el día llegó, invertir en algo necesario gracias al apoyo obtenido en Steemit.

When I started here on this platform I saw, maybe as many of you, lots of people thanking their followers and curators for helping them achieving goals like traveling, getting cars or houses or even simple things as getting food, clothing and medicines. In some point I thought that those things were unreachable for me. However the day finally came: investing in necessary things thanks to the support of Steemit community.

No había querido gastar nada en cosas cotidianas, así las necesitara, porque mis objetivos principales con la página son equiparme para poder ofrecer mejor contenido cada día, específicamente equipos electrónicos, para así ganarme sus votos con todas las de la ley, sin embargo eso no disminuye mis constantes ganas de obtener materiales análogos para ilustrar, que, básicamente también fungen como equipo e instrumentos para crear contenido acá.

I didn’t wanted to spend any money on daily things, even if I needed them, because my goals with this page are mainly about getting electronic equipment to create better quality content each time, so I can earn your votes more properly, anyway, my craving forgetting more analogue art materials didn’t decrease but at the end, those materials are equipment and tools for creating content too.

Tenía mucho tiempo deseando comprar nuevos lápices de color, especialmente unos Prismacolor Premier, dado que poseen pigmentos muy vivos, son fáciles de mezclar y, bueno, sencillamente pintar con ellos es una divinidad. Hace un tiempo había visto un lugar donde estaba la caja de 132 colores y bueno, mi obsesión por comprar los kits más grandes o completos de materiales se disparó al cielo, pero lastimosamente no contaba con el dinero. Eventualmente al llegar el día de poder adquirirlos, ya estaba muy cercana mi fecha de cumpleaños, por lo que terminé convirtiendo esta experiencia en mi auto-regalo, para celebrar los logros de este año.

I have been wanting to get new colored pencils for a long time, specially some Prismacolor Premier since they have quite vivid pigments, you can blend them easily and just painting with them feels heavenly. Few time ago I saw a place where there was the 132 colored pencil box and I’m a little bit obsessed about getting the biggest kits all the time so I was super triggered, sadly I didn’t have any money so I was not capable of affording it. But the day finally came and I was ready to get them and my birthday was the same week so this would be my birthday gift to celebrate the successful moments of the year.

Al llegar, ya habían vendido la caja de colores, jajajajajjaa. Así que compré la de 72, junto con unos marcadores de la misma marca que, también son una divinidad para pintar, algunos marcadores ultrafinos y unos lápices. El tema de pintar a marcador es algo que estoy explorando porque me inspira mucho el trabajo de ilustradoras que sigo en instagram y de mi amiga @luluggo que también es un amor pintando a marcador.

When I arrived the box was sold out, hahahahaha. Anyway I got the 72 pcs one and some markers from the same brand (which are awesome), few ultrafine markers and some pencils. I’m still exploring the marker technique, I get very inspired from some illustrators on Instagram and my friend @luluggo who paints really well with them too.

Tuve experiencias muy lindas el domingo a pesar de que no andaba del mejor ánimo en el mundo. Usualmente mis cumpleaños me ponen algo nerviosa porque no suelo decidir qué quiero hacer fácilmente y siento la presión de “hacer algo especial o diferente”, aunque lo que me guste sea hacer actividades tranquilas con las personas cercanas, jajaja. La lindura de @milkyeli se quedó a dormir conmigo. Me pintó las uñas con unos esmaltes violáceos demasiado divinos que me regaló @leumades <3 Esto después de cenar con ellas, @alastorx, @osozentao y @rachaelroth. Andaba algo cansadita y con frío, así que la reunión no se extendió hasta tarde, pero espero ver a las personas cercanas que no pude ver el domingo dentro de los próximos días o incluso hacer alguna salida más puntual con quienes ya pude compartir.

I had very nice experiences at sunday despite my humour wasn’t the greatest. I usually get nervous on my birthdays because I feel the pressure of “doing something special or different”, even though what I enjoy to do is being quiet activities with my loved ones, hahaha. The sweet @milkyeli stayed in my house that night, she painted my nails with some beautiful violet nail polishes that @leumades gifted to me. This was after we had dinner with them, @alastorx, @osozentao and @rachaelroth. I was a little bit tired and the night was cold so the meeting ended up early. However I hope to see the people I wasn’t able to be with on sunday in the next days or even have another meeting with the ones I already share with.

Para puntualizar mejor, quiero agradecer a @alastorx que ha votado todos mis posts desde el inicio y fue quien me invitó a esta plataforma, también a los curadores del equipo @cervantes y a los usuarios con los que chateo en su canal de Discord, por hacer llegar su presencia a mis posts, al igual que a los curadores de @curie, que fueron los responsables de hacer visible el post más exitoso que he tenido hasta el día de hoy, a mis amigos en la plataforma, que están pendientes de mi contenido y me apoyan en este medio y a todas las personas que se animan a interactuar amigablemente conmigo en mis redes, a todos los que me escribieron para desearme un lindo día ayer y a los que no lo hicieron pero igual me llevan en su corazón.

To be a little more accurate at thanking I want to start with @alastorx who has voted every single post I’ve made and was the one who invited me to this platform, I also thank to the @cervantes community on Discord and their curators for being present on my posts with their views, votes and comments, and also the @curie curators for helping me on my most successful post I’ve had until now; to the friends I have on this platform, they are very active on reading my posts and voting them and, of course I thank to every single person who encourages to comment, resteem, voting or following and the ones who gave nice messages on sunday and the ones who didn’t but still keep me in their hearts.
