Colombia is an amazing country well-known for its naturally beautiful women, plastically beautiful women, and thriving drug industry. If you tell someone you’re going to Colombia, the first thing you’ll probably hear is a reference to cocaine, then some insinuations that you’re going to try to become the next Pablo Escobar, and a warning to tell your parents to keep $10,000 handy in case you get kidnapped by guerrilleros.
The first time I (Kurt) went to Colombia, I heard a few of these ideas floating around, so I asked my friend Adam, who had spent 6 months or so in Medellín, if it was really as dangerous as people said. He said no, no way, that’s just a load of noise from people who have never really travelled. The words of a trusted friend were all I needed to relieve my doubts, so I packed my bags and off I went.

A mi no me molesta que hablen mal de Colombia lo que si me molesta es ese amarillismo que manejan y son ustedes personas como Kurt y Aaron que tienen que aclarar que no es malo con su visión de primer mundo, que vienen aca por las chicas y las drogas y luego aay Colombia no es solo mujeres y droga pero a eso vienen par de hipocritas , no estan descubriendo nada nuevo, no les interesa ni la fauna ni la flora ni el clima ni las costumbes ni la gastronomia , tienen que aclarar que no todo es malo por que vienen por lo "malo"

Sí, hablas la pura verdad. Colombia es un país maravilloso.
Sí, en el primer párrafo yo hablaba de la reputación de Colombia. Pero lealo otra vez, y puedes ver que inmediatamente empecé a contrastarla con la realidad "so I asked my friend Adam, who had spent 6 months or so in Medellín, if it was really as dangerous as people said. La historia que conté en el video habla de una situación poco comuna, y un poco incómoda. No trata de drogas ni prostitutas, de que quizás tenías la asunción.
