WHAT IS PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION

An organization is nothing without the said personnel. Someone said, managers solve today’s problems, administrators solve tomorrow’s. A personnel has its wide ranging privileges and responsibilities of being a leader. Personnel is one of the most important in a certain organization because they are the key to success, they are the structure to support the organization and can guide the team. Personnel is a task to budget, evaluate the needs of the staff, recruit, interview, hire, to supervise, to motivate, to develop staff, evaluation the performance and identifying the training needs.

We all know that in every department in the organization whether it is public or private has its own personnel, we cannot deny the fact that sometimes head officer is the one who will choose the personnel staff in the office.

So, I have learned that PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION is very important in an organization because they are the one who will manage the people, they are the one who will make sure that the company is aligned properly, they are also the one who is responsible for the legal issues, like hiring and promoting also firing the people. The personnel has a big role in the company that's why I learned that they need to take care off.
