Fees:
For Specific Puntual Requirements, my Standard Fee is 1 Month of Salary = 8.33% of Annual Compensation = 1/12. But for Massive Searches on Contigency, I will establish the Fee at 6.25%, That is a 25% discount over Standard Fee, and roughly 3/4 of month of salary, which is very competitive.
Logistics:
- Recruiters scans the Market, Detect and Process Candidates and submit potential FITS to Technical Contact within the Company.
- If submitted potential candidates passes the Technical Contact Preliminary Screening, then Recruiters proceeds to interview candidates, and helps them to improve presentation at Profile Level if required, and if they pass the process.
- Recruiter emits final decision on weather the screened and processed candidate is viable for Skype Interview by the HR Unit, which will take from this point its own processing.
