Service Overview:

  • Resume Sourcing, Processing & Screening at not less than 80% Correlation FIT against given Job Descriptions & Profile Requirement Parameters.
  • Phone Interview of about 45 minutes for each candidate, depending on the Type of Processing agreed upon.
  • 12 Months Replacement Policy.
  • No Cash Advance required, since operating Mode will be CONTINGENCY: That is, Company pays if if end up hiring candidates

Fees:

For Specific Puntual Requirements, my Standard Fee is 1 Month of Salary = 8.33% of Annual Compensation = 1/12. But for Massive Searches on Contigency, I will establish the Fee at 6.25%, That is a 25% discount over Standard Fee, and roughly 3/4 of month of salary, which is very competitive.

Logistics:

  • Recruiters scans the Market, Detect and Process Candidates and submit potential FITS to Technical Contact within the Company.
  • If submitted potential candidates passes the Technical Contact Preliminary Screening, then Recruiters proceeds to interview candidates, and helps them to improve presentation at Profile Level if required, and if they pass the process.
  • Recruiter emits final decision on weather the screened and processed candidate is viable for Skype Interview by the HR Unit, which will take from this point its own processing.
