Traveling

I've been in Arequipa, Peru for the last month. I've stayed here before. The big news concerns Fujimori. Many people are upset with the government for letting him off the hook, but really, he's so far gone, so close to death...

It's a little worrisome, because he's ethnically Japanese, so you might think someone would bother me about it, but that doesn't seem to be happening -- to me at least.

I can still go to the Plaza at night without too much concern -- other than normal concern.
