Totally agree. Healthy diet, lots of exercise and tender love and care, and annual check ups - and you have the most loving companion of all.

As a first time dog owner, I did a lot of reading and that helped me to understand their language a bit. It's fun when you can actually understand what your dog is trying to say and vice versa.
