II: How to make salmon sushi as follows

The first step: Cook rice to make sushi

Drizzle your rice a few times and then drain. Put the rice and water into the pot. Boil, then cool to low boiling and cover completely for 10 to 12 minutes. Warm up for about 10 minutes and then combine with 4 scoops of Japanese vinegar, add 2 tablespoons of fine salt, 3 tablespoons of white sugar and sesame oil then let cool.

Sushi rolls are considered satisfactory when the rice is plastic and not crushed, when eaten with the sweet and fragrant sweet and sour taste of Japanese vinegar and is easy to eat.
