My Foods Arrived Today

Here they are.

The mash potato would yield fifteen kilos from this pack of 2 Kg. and the brown sauce of 1 Kg. will give me 10 liters of brown sauce for my rice meals, yum.

I ordered these foods because it is just a supplement for my diet. Mashed potato will give me some potassium that I need because I believe that I am just low on it in my system and having this in my diet would correct it. mashed potato is also easy to eat since I have some bleeding gum issues and I cannot possible eat such tough foods especially nuts and other meats that are not tender enough.

I also have gotten used to gravies like what I have here now and I am just excited to try it out. It is just easy to prepare and requires just a little cooking. Having some gravy on my diet helps me eat because it makes the food more palatable for my own tastes, It also makes the rice stick together when I spoon it out so it would not get too messy on my bed.

Gravies are also quite high in sodium but I am not having it by the buckets so I will just have it sparingly just to help me out for my appetite. As you can see, I am just skin and bones despite that I am eating normally but with these supplemental foods I am just hoping to gain more weight so I can be strong for the rigorous medical examinations ahead, hopefully.
