I am interested and will discuss a little about wild plants that contain the properties and high nutritional value and have a delicious taste, namely spinach. But the spinach I mean here is a wild spinach plant that often grows wild in the yard of houses, roadside, gardens, etc. which we sometimes refer to as a disturbing weed. Apparently there are various types of spinach, namely spinach / snapper (Amaranthus Hybridus), sand spinach (Amaranthus Viridis L / Alternanthera sessilis), Spinach thorn (Amaranthus Spinosus), Spinach (Amarantus tricolor), Spinach Duck (Amaranthus Blitum).

I presume you are talking about roadsides in the Philippines?
I've never seen these, but I was lucky to get some seeds for a wild spinach that grows in Greece and it happened at a time when things had gone wrong for me. I grew the spinach, tiny cherry tomatoes and something like a fat spring onion. Adding to that some rice with a few lentils sprinkled in my meals, I ended up eating healthier than when I had the money to eat anything I want.
Those days were an important lesson and I continue to give a few days per week to the same style of eating. I'm 75 and still going strong, so I feel I make my point by quoting my age
