Good day steemians...This is a step by step EASY COOKING....
Being said that cooking is an ART, my wife Anna (who is a kitchen friendly) added that its also an INITIATIVE..
For the first time, sharing to to u this yummy dish we initiated...A LEFTOVER PORK NILAGA /BOILED PORK SOUP turned into a yummy SWEETNSOUR PORK...
FROM soupy pork nilaga(photo credit)
TO sweetnsour pork
- we deboned the leftover Pork, seasoned with salt n pepper, and sprinkled with flour to coat. Set aside..
- Prepare the batter. Beat the eggs, and mix the flour, and cornstarch
- Heat the oil on a deep pan. Coat meat with batter and deep fry until golden brown.and.set aside...
Preparation of the SWEET N SOUR SAUCE..
Ingredients:(estimate depending on the pork)
Garlic, onion, tomato, bell pepper, carrots, pineapple tidbits with the juice, brown sugar, vinegar, catsup,
- In a sauce pan, stir fry carrots. Set aside
- Stir fry garlic, onion, tomato, bellpepper, carrots, pineapple tidbits .Pour in the juice, catsup n vinegar. Bring to boil. Season with salt,sugar, pepper, n seasoning..
THE FINALE....
Remove from heat and pour the cooked sweetnsour sauce to meat....
