Almost every other civilized country has a national ID system. We want to restart the BNPP but we can't even secure and manage a database? What exactly would anyone even want with the data of 97% of the population? Shouldn't the 3% be the ones to make sure that it is done properly as they have the means? Or is the problem that what they have been hiding will be exposed?
