"PREPARATION OF SAUCE MIXTURE FOR ADOBO":
*Mix Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Pepper, Whole Pepper Corn, Laurel leaves and Garlic . Mix well.
"INGREDIENTS":
1/4 Chicken
1/4 Pork
1 Onion
Garlic
Oil
Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Salt
Brown Sugar
Pepper
Whole Pepper Corn
4 Pieces Laurel Leaves
"PROCEDURE":
1ST : In A Pan Bowl Put Oil And Wait Until Hot In Medium Heat.
Saute Garlic And Wait Until Brown. After Add Onion And Wait Until transparent.
2ND : Add Chicken, Pork And A Pinch Of Salt And Pepper. Simmer Until The Meat Is Brown.
Simmering:
Meat is Already Brown:
3RD : After Add The Mixing Sauce And Simmer It In Low Heat.
4TH : When Already Cook You Can Now Serve Your "ADOBONG CHICKEN AND PORK mix" With Your Family And Friends.
