Paksiw is a Filipino style of cooking, whose name means "to cook and simmer in vinegar".
"INGREDIENTS":
1/2 Kilo Fish
5 Pieces Eggplant
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Ginger
Onion
BLack Pepper
Whole Pepper Corn
Oil
Sugar
Salt
"MIXTURE Preparation (Optional, I always Do this Mixture so I can Know the taste and no need to mix when you cooking and also the fish will be not mash and destroy)":
9 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
6 Tablespoon Vinegar
10 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Whole Pepper Corn
1 Onion, Sliced
3 Thumbs Ginger
A Pinch of Salt and Pepper
"PROCEDURE":
STEP 1: In Bowl Pan, Prepare the Fish, Eggplant, and the Mixture.
STEP 2: In Medium Heat, Wait and Simmer it in any minutes.

STEP 3: After when you see the mixture get darker, smaller and thicker then your Fish And Eggplant Cooked in Vinegar and Soy Sauce is done.
STEP 4: Then you can now serve your "Fish And Eggplant Cooked in Vinegar and Soy Sauce" to your family and friend!.
