HEllo steemians today i cook BAKE-MAC and i just want to share how to cook....
Ingredients ๐ด
- 1/2 kilo Elbow Macaroni
For the Red Sauce: ๐
- Butter (enough to saute garlic & onion)
- Garlic & Onion
- Ground Pork & Beef (1/2 kilo)
- Hotdogs (12 pcs.)
- Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce (1 Kilo)
- Mushrooms (Pieces & Stems 1 can)
- All-Purpose Cream (1/4 of the box)
- Cheese (1/4)
- Basil & Tarragon Leaves (optional)
For the Cheese Topping: ๐ง
- All-Purpose Cream (1 & 1/2 box)
- Butter (1/4)
- Quickmelt Cheese (1 box, P175)
- Salt (optional)
๐ Makes up to 10-12 servings depending on the serving size ๐๐๐
โผ๏ธ REMEMBER: You do not need to strictly follow the measurements. You can add more or lessen it as to what suits your taste. Just a friendly tip, more cheese more yummiieerr!!! Swear! ๐
HOW TO COOK:
Saute garlic and onion on butter.
Add ground pork and beef. Cook until oil is released from the ground meat.
Add hotdogs

Add spaghetti sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms.
Add 1/4 All-Purpose Cream.
Add 1/4 grated cheese.
Add some of the Basil & Tarragon Leaves. Bring to a boil.
Cook pasta as per package instruction.
Mix the red sauce with the cooked pasta. Set aside.
For the cheese topping, put remaining all-purpose cream into a non-stick casserole under low heat.
Add 1/4 butter. Stir until it boils.
Add the quickmelt cheese. Stir continuously to avoid burning them.
Bring to a boil until it thickens. Add salt if needed.
Put on top of the cooked pasta.
Add basil leaves on top. (optional)
this is it very delicious BAKE-MAC....

But I can also guess you donโt know many other alternatives. Sure, you can get a box of Velveeta and melt that over some noodles. That works tooโฆI love Velveeta. But if youโre looking for the real deal, the old school, the way your grandma might have made itโthis is it.
