Murtabak or martabak, also mutabbaq (Arabic: مطبق), is a stuffed pancake or fried bread commonly found in Saudi Arabia (especially Tihamah and Hejaz regions), Yemen, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Thailand. Depending on the location, the name and the material may vary significantly. The name mutabbaq (or sometimes mutabbag) in Arabic means "folded". This is a popular street food in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Murtabak Lapis Cracker
Ingredients

Saute the garlic and onion until it is crisp. Enter the minced meat, curry spice, chili powder and black
pepper sauce. Cook all ingredients until the meat is fully cooked.
Feel the salt and sugar.
Cover the fire and cool it.
Materials murtabak
1 tin of liquid milk
5 eggs
1/2 pack of biscut cracker 4 side of Ping Pong
stamp. Provide a 4x9 inch pan and swept majerin. Bring eggs and milk and mess with whisk until blended.
Dip the instant cracker biscuit inside the basil.
Arrange the cracker biscuits in the baking sheet and sprinkle the meat core.
Continue layering until the core runs out.
Pour the milk and egg tray into the pan Burn at 180 Celsius for approximately 25-30 minutes.
