And as a house wife, the everyday question is, what are you going to cook? 🤔👩🍳🍽
And today, I cooked some nutritious lunch 🥗
Sauteed String Beans
Ingredients
✔️String Beans (20 pcs, cut into 2-3 inches)
✔️Onion (Julienned cut)
✔️Tomato (Strip cut)
✔️Ground Pork
✔️Oil (2-3 tbs)
✔️Water (1 cup)
✔️Oyster Sauce (4 tbs)
✔️Salt (To taste)
✔️Pepper
Instruction
- Wash String beans, onion and tomato
- Put oil in the pot, when already hot, saute onion until cook and put the tomatoes. Pinch the tomatoes using the back of spoon.
- Mix the ground pork, put half of water, and salt & pepper. Cover 3-5 mins until medium dry.
- Mix the string beans and the other half of water and oyster sauce. Cover for another 5 mins.
- Serve with hot rice 🍚♥️
