The Philosophy of Bookrak

Bookrak is a modification of Acehnese words; bu krak. It means the crunchy leftover rice at the bottom of the pot. Bu krak means a lot to me as it reminds me of my mother's habit, recycled bu krak into snacks.

How to make that snacks is by taking bu krak get dried under bright sun for half to 1 day. Then deep fry in oil. At the end it can be served with palm sugar caramel. It is a good snack for rainy day.

In my case, bookrak is a reminder for me that everything can be useful when it is creatively modified and managed. That philosophy applied for my daily activities and hobbies.
