Levels of consciousness ( part 2)

Modern medicine also says that the main cause of the disease is stress. What causes mental stress? What does Vedas say about it? Unfulfilled lust transforms to anger. Anger eclipses memory and a person degrades. We will make an experiment. A room and a small table, in the form of a cube, on which lies an orange, which is under electric tension. Subject - a chimpanzee. The door is opened. The chimpanzee starts and immediately comes to the table and takes an orange. Takes it with one hand. Gets a current shock. Leans aside and thinks. He does not like it. He takes the other hand. Again blow. He jumps back, starts to rock and rush . Beat ... The experiment has been lasting for a three days.

The chimpanzee continues his attempts, because he really wants an orange, but can not take it. He wants - he can not. Unfulfilled desire. Three days later, the diagnosis is schizophrenia. Scientific fact. One more example. The trap for the chimpanzee is surprisingly primitive: take the box, make a hole enough for the chimpanzee to put his hand there. Inside is an orange.

Back with the orange his hand will not come out. That's the simple trap. See, what is the power of desire? This is the power of the mind. And image, for example, there is no money, but we want to buy clothes, jeans. We want, but there is no money. And what happens? We get irritated, we start to feel that life is bad. Why is everything so unfair? The mind is filled with negative thoughts, we forget who we are, that we are civilized people. To get money, we start stealing, cheating or criticizing someone. And even more irritation, turning into dissatisfaction, stress, in the end, the disease. Now modern science knows that if you are always angry or you are hurried, do not concentrate on eating, then you will have gastritis or an ulcer. This is the level of mana-maya. If we correctly think, we will be 90% healthy, since there are two more causes of the disease: impurity and malnutrition. But the main thing is a state of mind.

We correctly think, if our thinking, our philosophy does not generate rivalry, violence in this world. We need to have a philosophy of life that does not provoke us into violence, competition, or struggle. Because it all wears out a person, makes him sick, destroyed mentally. By the age of forty, he can not maintain his physical body.

These are the three levels of consciousness. We see that in any material civilization these three platforms must necessarily exist. Without them, it is impossible to build anything. This is called the material and economic base. Ana Maya: providing people with everything necessary for life - food, clothing, house. Next, prana-maya: health care and medicine, defense and martial arts, extrasensory abilities. This is the level of safety of the body. And mana-maya is an ideology that is needed in order to unite society. If there is no ideology, the society will be divided into parts, into different parties.

If there is no ideology, there will be many contradictions, antagonism. Conclusion: in any state a single idea is needed, then to this is added the protection of society and the maintenance of vital functions. But in Vedas there are two more platforms that are not studied in modern philosophy. The next platform is vijnana-maya. This is a two-syllable word - "vi" and "jnana." "Jyana" means knowledge. "Vigyana" means practiced knowledge. This knowledge is at the level of the mind. For example, I know that smoking is bad. How do you know what I know? Because I do not smoke. If I stand with a cigarette, but I know that smoking is bad - there is no knowledge. There is information, jnana, but it is not realized , not understood. "Vi" means that knowledge is understood on a practical level, that a person can apply it, act on this level.

Vigyan-maya automatically includes mana-maya, prana-maya, and ana-maya. That is, it is enough to realize knowledge in practice, the ability to work, think, fulfill one's desires, state logically their thoughts, the ability to convince other people, to achieve the goal. At this level of consciousness, two qualities are manifested to the full: wisdom and love. They are related. One without the other does not exist. Veda says - person who possesses wisdom and love, will achieve any desires and goals.

All you need to give everyone is wisdom and love. The rest of the person will do it himself, no need to build a society that would fulfill his wishes. He himself get his goals under any circumstances. There is a self-organizing energy in it, therefore, wherever it is, there will always be a good team around it, there will always be many friends, employees, there will always be many friends and employees and everything will be perfectly understood. He will take care of many people. Of course, he will be helped in this. Wisdom and love are the natural qualities of a leader. This is the description of vijnana-maya.
