Good Morning Fellow Steemians!
First off let me say I spent like 4 hours this morning putting together a post about some of the books in my collection. I've been diving deep back into my library lately and felt like it was a good idea to share some of my favorites and do quick individual reviews for each. I was up late last night so I went ahead and put the post together. Days on and surrounding full moons I'm usually up and feeling creative so this wasn't an issue.
Hours later when I was putting the finishing touches on my post, around 6am, all the images vanished (check the videos for that story). Turns out the image server on SteemIt was down which led to a series of unfortunate events...last one being me losing my entire blog post 😣
I can't even lie, I was pretty pissed because there was no doubt in my mind that was my best blog post so far. I put way more time than usual into the editing and presentation.
Instead of getting frustrated by this and logging out for the day I decided to use this as a reason to upload my first vlog. I was already planning on vlogging but just hadn't taken that step yet as far as creating content. Now was the perfect opportunity to turn me losing my blog post into a positive. aww man if that happened to me I'd be soooo peeved. I write up my posts in google docs since it saves automatically and then copy it over to steemit just to make sure. Please make more book talks in the future :)

Yea i was lucky enough to have read The Kybalion before reading The Alchemist and it made it resonate that much more. Santiago recognizes and applies all the Hermetic Principles on his lil trip...
