    Same here in South Africa, even if someone else fall the person that sees it happening says sorry!

        I wouldn't say that people in Sweden are doing that. Not most people.. But I do. Perhaps I'm Canadian? :D

          Looks like it's a problem in South Africa, Canada and with the Swedish-Canadian :-). This is the perfect opportunity for us to start a new un-apologetic fad.
