Complexity that Works

Complexity which is stable must be constructed from simplistic modules stacked vertically. Meaning some modules come before others and must necessarily persist throughout the evolution of the "complexity" structure. The end result is an emergence which can't be located to any specific module. All the modules being necessary for the desired emergence.
