Daily illustrated wisdom: A luxury road to destruction or a miserable road to success?

I have been thinking a lot about the way people act. So often it seems that people care not about WHAT you say, but about HOW you say. What does it mean? Well, people, including myself, often choose a golden and luxurious path which has a dead end, rather than taking a miserable and tiny road which leads to the truth. Why is it the case?

You might say that we cannot know what is at the end of the path. However, I think that we don't even care so often. We get so blinded by all the shiny shimmering world, that the truth is the last thing we want to understand. Just look at the path in my picture. Would you dare to question what is at the end of the path when the path itself is so stunning?

Have you had any similar thoughts or is it just me who is stupid?

That is definitely a stunning path. And it is true we live in a world where people more often choose the 'blue pill' not wanting to know the harsh truths when they can find escape in temporary comforts, in entertainment, in all the distractions that are fun on the surface.
Though I've always been one to want the truth no matter how it looks, I can't judge those who shy away from it. They are simply not ready. The blockchain is such a miraculous invention, because one day when they are ready, it will all be here for them to learn ;)

Thanks! And yeah, I try to be on the path of truth rather than comforting lies, but it it is sometimes hard. So often it is a comforting lie to tell ourselves that we are actually going for the truth than we are sticking with lies. You know what I mean? It sounds a little confusing, but I think you'll get it haha
