While it's an easy concept to grasp, actually maintaining that balance is hard due to the pressures of everyday life. What we need to do is be mindful that the struggle is real and just because you find yourself at either a place of peace or conflict; we must continue to persevere and push-through to meet our goals. Learning is just the byproduct of us pushing past our own comfort zone (myself included).
