We are all phone addicted as a result of online learning and new technologies. Actually, everyone now considers their phone to be a need.
However, this won't do you any favours in terms of your education and future as a student. Therefore, I thought I'd share with you some study-related advice that I employ to keep my phone away.

Disable any app's notification settings. Even while vibrating, avoid it.
If you can't do it while you're out and about, at least do it at home.

Don't study with your phone on the other side of the table. because you feel like utilizing your phone at that point.

Do not retain apps or games that you want to use and watch frequently on your phone. This is not something you have to do constantly. When the exam time comes, do this. Then you can gradually lessen your dependence on it. You can also hide such programs.

Charge only once a day.
Only charge your phone once every day. It will undoubtedly be advantageous to both you and the phone.
Make this your life policy. You simply become less dependent on your phone. Because reducing use is a must if you want to keep the battery charged all day.

Try apps.
Apps like Nights keeper, gaming mode, do not disturb, zen mode, do not disturb - silent mode, and do not disturb sync for wear are available for testing. You may limit how long you use your phone by using these apps.

Reduce Relationships.
To message and converse with the people you wish to message, set aside one time each day. It will be really beneficial to all of you. Because you should attempt to concentrate on your pastime rather than constantly talking on the phone.

Confiscate your phone.
This is the best and final option if none of the alternatives works.
Give your targets a little period of time on your phone. Until your exam is over, give your parent your phone. (However, the issue is that these days, doing so is a little challenging.)
