One of the expenses that should not be overlooked when opening up a new office is the required cleaning supplies. The cleanliness of the office makes it a happy working environment. A happy working environment also equals more productivity and profit.

  1. The Vacuum Cleaner
    Sweeping the carpet with a broom obviously will not work. Using a vacuum cleaner, dirt will be sucked up instantly so that it is a clean and happy work environment.

  2. Trash Bags
    The garbage won’t just gather up itself and end up in the dumpster. Keep well-stocked with trash bags to line your garbage cans so that garbage is removed cleanly. You can get a good deal on bulk trash bags from a distributor that sells cleanings supplies in Orange County.

  3. Cleaning Towels

  4. Disinfectant Wipes
    If your employees are sick, that means more downtime in the office. Disinfectant wipes should be used frequently to kill germs to prevent the spread of nasty colds, flu, or worse.

  5. Deodorizers
    Having a room full of people is bound to collect odors sooner or later. Using standard cleaning agents can only do so much to fight the smell, so including deodorizing products to your regime will make it a more pleasant office.

The above is not a complete list of materials that you can include in your arsenal, but they are some of the most important. When stocking your cleaning supplies, think about what would be more efficient for your cleaning staff rather than the absolute cheapest prices. Also think about the environmental friendliness of a product, the scent, and the cost to efficiency ratio.
