I wasn’t sure which picture would be more clickbait-y, the bread, or my morning selfie, the bread won because it’s a horizontal photo.
I made a bread dough late last night because I had no bread and today is some sort of public holiday so I was expecting that the grocery stores would be closed. I need my fix of carbs. It was pretty perfect to proof the dough overnight and then bake in the morning. I did add olives and garlic i to the dough before baking, and it came out delicious.
Now I’m stuffing my face with bread, then onto a short walk/pokemon hunt, and then I’m gonna shut down the brain.

Leipä. Vastapaistettu, hyvä leipä. Sitä kaipaan eniten. Gluteeniton leivä, paraskin niistä, ei vaan ole koskaan niin hyvää kuin hyvä leipä.
Joku kerta mä uhraan koko päivän pöntölle mättämällä ensin kokonaisen vastapaistetun leivän nassuuni. Ja kaippa siinä seuraavakin päivä menee, mahaa parannellessa.
Mutta hyvä leipä ois sen arvosta.

Valitettavasti se on just se gluteeniverkko mikä hyvän leivän tekee, eikä sitä voi korvata mitenkään. Otan osaa gluteenittomuutesi johdosta, on varmasti ihan kamalaa kun ei voi syödä kunnon leipää, tai pastaa!

Joo, parhaimmillaankin gluteeniton leipä maistuu pari päivää vanhalta tavisleivältä. Onneksi on paahdin. Sen läpi kun vetää niin kaikki maistuu hippasen paremmalta. :)
Mutta vohveleihin gluteeniton taikina on parempaa kuin tavis koska se rapsakkuus tulee helpommin.
