The hospital is in Moscow

Initially wanted to build 11 floors. There had to be several entrances for ambulance cars, and even a couple of platforms for helicopters. It becomes clear that Hovrin's hospital had to become medical institution practically of the highest class. Construction of the building has begun in 1980, but in 5 years work has been suspended. Many have a logical question why construction has been thrown. Prospects were quite quite good. However there is no final answer to this question still.

There are two reasons which consider the most probable. The first is that there were allegedly not enough budgetary funds to realize so large-scale project. The second reason is that allegedly in several years after the beginning of construction it was revealed that the earth isn't suitable for so big structure. It has turned out that in the territory of the planned hospital the small small river flew. Naturally, it would cause gradual immersion of the building under the earth.
