Cityscape of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegowina

I visited Mostar two weeks ago. The city that is beautiful at first sight has a sad story: Only a little over 20 years ago, the city was one of the hot spots of Bosnia and Herzegowina's cruel civil war. The front line went just on the left side of this river; many devastated buildings bear witness of the war that was fought here from 1992-1995.
