The last few weeks have been extremely busy for The Map to Paradise, we have now screened the film right across the east coast of Australia and have many more screenings planned for the future. The screenings have given us a chance to go and visit those last few pristine wilderness areas Australia has to offer.
This is Nelson Falls in the Tarkine region of Tasmania. The Tarkine contains the largest area of Gondwanan cool-temperate rainforest in Australia. It is such a beautiful place with very few people around. Sadly though, as climate change intensifies the rainforests in this region will become under threat due to wildfires.
How have the screenings gone?
