The black and white photographs on Steemit are very impressive. I have enjoyed seeing them and they have given me the confidence to give it a go. I have several black and white photos of my own in my library collection that have been posted in Instagram and Facebook.
These few photos are relatively recent ones taken at the Sunshine Coast.
This is magnificent old tree caught my eye as I walked along my surf beach one afternoon. It has been sitting on this beach looking at the ocean for many years now.
I really liked the positioning of the glass effect on a table in a coffee shop while waiting for the coffee to arrive.
This impressive face on the wall is at Australia Zoo at the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Behind this wall you will find the Asian section of the zoo.

it looks more like a space alien. I have a dumb question for ya(yeah I know, big surprise right?) how do you take black and white photos, a setting on your camera?
I thought these photos were quite classic, great eye angiemitchell!

I use a filter either on my iPhone or on the Mac. Try it @janotn, it is easy. Just go into edit.
