Royal roll of two types of pork meat

Hello everybody!!!

Today I will show you how to cook a royal roll of two types of pork meat. For this fit the tender portions of carcass. This is the so-called pork fartuh, often used in rolls and the tender portion of the rump. I beat some meat, soy, pepper add garlic. Wrap in food film and leave in the fridge for the marinade for a day. After wrapping in two layers of foil, carefully, so that all the juices when baking remain inside. I lay in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 1.5 hours at this temperature, then bake for another hour at a temperature of 120 degrees. After that, it can be eaten hot or chilled.

This dish is quite useful, as it is low-fat parts of pork and they are baked, and it is more beneficial to eat baked than fried.Tasty and so and so. See for yourself.
