This is most probably a very rare Marsh tit or a Willow tit. Both species can be distinguished in principle only on the birdsong. / Das ist wohl eine sehr seltene Sumpfmeise oder auch Weidenmeise. Beide Arten kann man im Prinzip nur am Gesang unterscheiden.
