Australian Jets at RAAF Pearce WA

Hello All

These were taken a few years back but still remain some of my favourite photos. I was surprised by some of the end results and angles I never expected from ground level. The biggest lens I had was the 70-200 and it seemed to do the job with a bit of cropping of the original images. I hope you enjoy them, what is your favourite one? Let me know.

These are the variations in the Australian Air Force fighters. Not a lot compared to our bigger cousins.

The is called the "Bomb Blast" basically planes going everywhere.

Look closely at the Jet engine and you will see a small wind funnel being created by the turbines.

Finally an overhead shot of the underbelly of one of fighter craft, you see the wind moving over the wings with the sun creating some back lighting, noice! Sore neck stuff this is.

Hope you enjoyed them and please let me know which is your favourite.
