Sod the haters Jerry, hey I have some advice! I looked a bit like you about a month and a half ago. I was 21% bodyfat so nothing to worry about but I wanted to see my abs! I had never seen them before, I've tried situps and different diets to no avail. I am 36 now.
I found out about ketosis and thought it sounded interesting, so I cut out as many carbs as possible, avoided them like the plague! To kick it all off I did a 36 hour water fast! I figured the best way to burn the remaining sugars was to eat nothing!
It works I can tell you that! I am now 16% bodyfat and look the best I ever have and now I have started o introduce some carbs again and a small workout routine!
If I get some upvotes I too will share a piccy! It's nothing major but I can indeed see my abs for the very first time in my life! :)
