Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

About ten years ago I planted grape vines in the back of my garden. For years I had little reward, and often lost my harvests to birds and animals. Fortunately, I am learning and each year and my harvests are getting better.

Here are some of my grapes as they grew on the vine earlier this summer.

Today was the big day when I noticed they were ripe and ready to pick. I will eat many just as they are, but I know I will also press many out to make grape juice.

Great looking grapes. I wish I had enough space to do something like this.

Thanks.

I have tried and tried to grow fruits and vegetables but never could get far at all :(. I'm still trying to get some citrus trees for my back yard.

Keep at it you learn by your mistakes.
