I have seen this bird sitting on ice on the water reservoir Džbán in Prague.
Nothing special as this is quite usuall bird, but the legs were good visible. Look at it.

It is not duck but bird of the rail and crake bird family, the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rallidae
Ducks has another legs.
