Went outside and discovered this dude just chillin in his web.
I took several close up shots so some may look the same.
I actually have a phobia with spiders but I put my big boy pants on today just to give you guys these close up shots!
I was a little nervous that he might pull a Bruce Lee move on me or something
This is actually called an Orb-Weaver Spider
They can make beautiful designs with their silk!
We had a mutual understanding that "If you don't start nuttin, there won't be nuttin" type of agreement.

This lil guy was living right next door to him. I was surprised how well they were getting along.

My friend from college JUST posted the same picture a few days ago... not exactly the same but of the same spider. Forgot what someone said they were called.... garden spiders I think.

Orb-Weaver Spider is what it's called. I think some people call them garden spiders because their habitat is around flowers and vegetation and woods. This particular spider let me get really close to it. Thanks for checking it out!
