Tippi in Namibia

During her life in Namibia, Tippy befriended wild animals such as the 28-year-old African elephant Abu, leopard named J & B, crocodiles, lions, giraffes, galago Garnett, striped mongoose, ostrich, meerkats, baby zebra, cheetah, caracal, snake , an African gray parrot, giant frogs and chameleons. She also found friends among the Aboriginal tribes of Bushmen and Himba from Kalahari, who taught her to speak their language, and to survive with the help of roots of plants and berries.
