In Venezuela we have many natural attractions  but an of them more beautiful and more visited is the Avila.

It extends from Caracas (Capital District), and all Northern Miranda State and South of the Vargas State.  In 1958 it is declared National Park.  This training mountainous is lung vegetable of the city in heights that vary from 120 to them 2765 meters on the level of the sea, in the Pico Naiguatá.

The majority of people living in Caracas have visited el Ávila, either by cable car or walking.

Sabas Nieves is the area of the Avila in where you can do exercise after upload walking.

Also you can upload more beyond of Sabas Nieves,  to an area which is called "El Banquito",  here you can have a beautiful view of all Caracas.

This Sunday I went with my family ( My husband and my son of 11 months ), We made a stop in Sabas Nieves to rest a little and then follow up until El Banquito.  Here you can have a moment of tranquility and you can appreciate  The great Caracas.

When we were going to get off  take my son loaded  and the still take chest...

This is an experience that no you can lose,  all person should have in your list of wishes climb the Ávila.  I still don't the have uploaded full,  but when it does, I will do an article about my experience  and I'll show them lots of pictures so you also encourage them to do so.
